Walk With Christ

What an amazing night! Tonight for mutual we all had the opportunity to take a walk through Christ's life. This was Brooke's 10 hr integrity project that she has worked sooo hard on. She arranged for different speakers to come and talk about the life of Jesus Christ. She decorated the basement of the church with white Christmas lights and had the lights turned off, which really helped maintain a spirit of reverance. We broke into 2 groups and had the opportunity to visit different rooms where speakers met us and talked to us about the prophecying of Christ, His birth, The Sermon on the Mount, Forgiveness, The Atonement, and The resurrection.



Brooke Frischknecht headed up this activity to complete her 10 hr Integrity Personal Progress Project.

The whole basement was decorated with white Christmas lights and Pictures of Christ throughout His life....

Even the stairs were decorated so beautifully.

This was an INCREDIBLE night and all those involved did a wonderful job. Words can not describe the feelings the spirit brought and the messages we were all touched with. I know that each person in attendance was touched and became more grateful for the miracle that Jesus Christ is. Thanks so much Brooke for sharing your love of the Savior with all of us and for working so hard on this project!

EASTER EGG HUNT!!!!!

Since Easter is almost here, we decided to have a combined YW/YM Easter Egg hunt. We (the leaders) hid 250 eggs all around the church. We broke the group into teams and each team had to find 40 of their color egg. Inside the eggs were words that went to a story about Joseph Smith. So, once they found the eggs, they had to work together to put the right words to the story...It was fun for all!!!
